Clarity II for Laser Hair Removal

The Clarity II laser hair removal system is a state-of-the-art device that uses Dual Wavelength Technology including the 755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm Nd:YAG wavelengths. The Alexandrite (755 nm) is ideal for lighter skin types (Fitzpatrick I-III) and provides highly effective treatment for fine and light hair. The Nd:YAG (1064 nm) is safer for darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick IV-VI) and allows for deeper penetration to target thicker hair. The Clarity II also utilizes a Dynamic Cooling Device (DCD) which a cryogen-based cooling mechanism, ensuring patient comfort and reducing the risk of burns or irritation. With its combination of high speed, powerful cooling, and customizable settings, Clarity II offers a better patient experience by minimizing discomfort and session times.

  • Is the treatment painful?

    Patients typically describe the hair removal experience as comfortable with a mild “snapping” sensation on the skin as the laser is moved over the treatment area.  The Clarity II has a specialized skin-cooling system that provides a more comfortable treatment.  Additionally, we offer a Zimmer cold air cooler that makes treatments even more comfortable


  • How many treatments will I need?

    You may see some hair reduction after your first treatment but because hair grows in cycles it takes several treatments to effectively reduce unwanted hair growth.  Most patients need at least five treatments, space 4-8 weeks apart for optimal results.


  • How do I prepare for a treatment?

    You should shave the areas that are going to be treated within 24 hours of your appointment.  You should avoid tanning 2 weeks prior to treatment for optimal treatment outcomes.  


  • How much does laser hair removal cost?

    The cost for small areas (upper lip and chin or bikini or underarms) is $125/session or $650 for a package of 8 session


      The cost for large areas (full legs, back, or chest/abdomen) is $250/session or $1200 for 8 sessions.  


    The cost for full-body hair removal (full legs, underarms, upper lip, chin, bikini or chest and back) is $450.  Full body packages available - $2000 for 8 sessions.
