Michelle
NURSE PRACTITIONER AND OWNER
Hello! I'm Michelle, a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and owner of The Infirmary Skin Health Clinic in partnership with my daughter, Mackenzie. As a highly experienced PhD prepared Nurse Practitioner, I bring over 35 years of diverse healthcare expertise to our clinic. I love helping my patients on their journey to achieve their anti-aging goals. I am also committed to evidence-based and results-driven outcomes for patients that are natural looking and boost confidence.
I am thrilled to be able to offer cutting edge technology and treatments in Stittsville with our tribe of nurses who share a passion for providing excellent, compassionate care in a beautiful, clean environment.
Kenzie
REGISTERED NURSE AND SKIN TECHNICIAN
Hi! I’m Kenzie, a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse (RN), skin technician, and co-owner of The Infirmary Skin Health Clinic. With over nine years of experience in critical care and emergency nursing, I’ve built my practice on a strong foundation of clinical expertise, precision, and compassion.
Alongside my nursing career, I’ve always been deeply passionate about beauty, skincare, and the science of skin health. That passion became more personal when I began noticing the effects of many 12-hour shifts on my own skin. It inspired me to invest in my skin health and merge my love for aesthetics with my healthcare background. Now, at The Infirmary, I’m dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through a blend of evidence-based medicine, advanced technology, and personalized care.
Cait
REGISTERED NURSE
Hi! I’m Cait, a Registered Nurse with 9 years of experience in emergency, ICU, and paediatric palliative care across Canada as a travel nurse. My nursing journey actually began alongside Kenzie in the Montfort ER — and I’m thrilled that it has now led me back to working with her at The Infirmary.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for medical aesthetics and the science behind skin health. I love being able to combine my clinical expertise with advanced aesthetic technologies to help patients feel confident in their own skin. With access to the best laser platforms and treatments, I’m committed to supporting patients in achieving their goals — from anti-aging to overall skin rejuvenation — in a safe, comfortable, and personalized way.
Paula-Ann
REGISTERED NURSE
Hello! I'm Paula-Ann, Registered Nurse, and Certified Cosmetic Nurse Injector.
Health & Beauty have been a long standing passion of mine but at the age of 40 after the birth of my third child, the years of shift work and long hours finally started to take its toll on me. I felt and looked exhausted. I was inspired to receive cosmetic injections to help combat the look (and feel) of stress on my body, and thank goodness I did because it was love at first sight!
While most of my career had been spent as a labour and delivery nurse (which I've deeply loved) this "new lease on life" experience led me to work alongside some of Ottawa's leading Medical Aestheticians, Facial Surgeons and Cosmetic Clinics so that I too could offer the same level of vibrancy, vitality and rejuvenation for others in my community.
My goal is to help give the gift of beauty and confidence to as many others in the Ottawa Valley Area by helping to educate others on the health and safety of each procedure. Medical aesthetics have come a long way, so my advice to first-timers is "don't be ashamed of wanting to feel good in your own skin; reach out and ask what's possible!"
