Weight management is foundational to overall health and well-being. We are pleased to offer a weight management program that is based on your unique goals and needs. The program consists of weekly Semaglutide or Tirzepatide injections that are closely monitored by our medical team.

eligibility criteria
Not everyone is eligible for treatment with Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. Please see the list of questions below ; if you answer yes to any of these questions below, you are not eligible to participate in the program
- Do you have Type 1 Diabetes?
- Do you have Type 2 Diabetes and are already being managed by your primary health care provider with a Semaglutide or Tirzepatide medication?
- Do you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN syndrome (multiple endocrine neoplasm is a rare genetic condition characterized by multiple tumours and/or cancer that affects the endocrine system)
- Do you have a personal or family history of pancreatitis or other pancreatic disease?
- Are you pregnant or breast-feeding?
- Are you actively being treated for cancer?
- Are you currently being treated for an eating disorder?
- You are unprepared to modify lifestyle behaviours that contribute to weight management success (e.g. diet and exercise)
If you have answered yes to any of these questions, you are unable to participate in our weight management program
how do I get a consultation?
If you have not answered yes to any of the above questions, you can book for a 1 hour consultation with the nurse practitioner to allow a careful review of your health history and discuss the personalized program that is right for you. You must complete the health history that will be emailed to you at the time of booking before the appointment. You will be followed closely for the first 3 months of the program to ensure dosages are optimal and side-effects are limited.
*Most private and public insurance companies do not cover the cost of these medications unless you meet strict criteria and must be paid for by the individual*
