LaseMD Ultra
The Ultra is a non-ablative resurfacing laser that using fractionated Thulium energy to create tiny thermal zones in the skin prompting the skin to quickly generate new tissues. Treatments are customizable from mild to aggressive treatment approaches to deliver the desired outcomes with virtually no downtime for all patients. For the first 1 to 2 hours after the treatment, you may have some redness that feels like a sunburn. This should dissipate and resolve within a day or two. Your skin will feel dry and have a “sand-paper” texture for up to a week as your skin exfoliates the all the unwanted pigment and texture

Total Skin Solution (TTS)
Total Skin Solution (TTS) combines Genius Radio-Frequency (RF) Microneedling with the Ultra LaseMD resurfacing laser. The combination of these two lasers provides deep dermal stimulation for collagen stimulation and tightening while the Ultra provides non-ablative epidermal resurfacing to help with pigmentation, sun damage, pores and fine surface wrinkles. These treatments are provided on the same day.
How many treatments are needed?
A series of 3 treatments is usually needed to achieve optimal outcomes and it is recommended that patients receive a maintenance treatment every 12 months after. It is important to note that skin tightening and scar reductions results are not immediate after receiving RF microneedling as your body needs time to rebuild collagen.
